The First Batch Of 16 Enterprises In The Southern Hunan Textile Industry Base Were Formally Signed And Settled In Changning County.

In March 8th, Changning City held the signing ceremony of the first batch of enterprises entering the southern Hunan textile industrial base. At the scene, 16 enterprises signed the agreement on entry into the park and became the first "owner" of the textile industry base in South Hunan.

The textile industrial base in southern Hunan is a strategic project for Changning City to undertake industrial pfer. It is a major industrial project of "5 100" in 2018.

Since the commencement of the project, the provincial and Hengyang municipal governments have been paying close attention and support to all levels.

Before today, 330 enterprises were signed, 18 were signed, 11 were registered, 5 were built and operated.

At the signing ceremony, Wu Lesheng, deputy secretary and mayor of Changning Municipal Committee, endorsed and promoted the project. He said that Changning fully supports the construction and development of enterprises and provides first-class services and environment for enterprises. Next, it will continue to strengthen communication and docking between government, banking and enterprises, timely follow up the problems and difficulties of enterprises, strengthen the awareness of pre service, provide "GPS positioning" tracking services and "nanny service" for enterprises, and let the enterprises enter the field.

The meeting pointed out that in recent years, Changning City has been focusing on the construction of two billion billion industries of nonferrous metals and textiles. It has insisted on opening up and attracting investment to promote the great development.

Now, the relevant procedures for the establishment, EIA and land approval of the textile industrial base in southern Hunan have been successfully completed. The environmental protection facility has completed the first phase of the earthwork project, the relocation of the three pole and the location of the staff living area, and is carrying out the "seven links and one leveling". The clothing production park is about to start the construction of the 590 thousand square meter standard workshop. A series of preferential policies for serving the enterprises have been formally promulgated, and the construction of the project has entered the fast lane.
