1. Personnel without accounting certificates shall not engage in accounting work." In addition, the licensees should participate in continuing education training every year to understand and master the changes in accounting policies and professional knowledge, improve their business level and meet the needs of business management.

2. Have the necessary professional knowledge and Professional skills Article 14 of the Standards for Accounting Posts stipulates: "Accountants shall have the necessary professional knowledge and skills, be familiar with relevant national laws, regulations, rules and the national unified accounting system, and abide by professional ethics." As cashiers, they shall be familiar with basic accounting knowledge, master the skills to count bills quickly and accurately, and use bills accurately.

3. Relatives Challenge system The challenge system refers to a system of position avoidance for personnel who may affect their fair law enforcement or practice for some reason in order to ensure the fairness of law enforcement and industry. The Standard for Accountants and Their Posts stipulates that "the withdrawal system shall be applied to the appointment of accountants by state organs, state-owned enterprises and public institutions. The immediate family members of the heads of accounting institutions and accounting executives shall not work as cashiers in their own accounting institutions."
