Recently, Shou Zhongyao, general manager of Fuda printing and dyeing Co., Ltd., Fuquan, described his energy conservation and emission reduction project to reporters.
Fuda printing and dyeing has a sewage collection tank equipped with a thermometer, microscope and COD content.

After the sewage enters the collection tank, it will undergo a series of physicochemical and biochemical treatment, dilute the COD concentration, and then enter the sewage pipe network.

With a daily processing capacity of 2000 tons of reclaimed water reuse device, the daily water generated by the enterprise will be processed daily and become the next process production water, which is specially used for dyeing and printing of dark fabrics.
This year, the company has invested about 300000 yuan in implementing the clean water reuse, and built 300 tons of clean water reuse pool and one professional steel pool.
The clean water produced in the production will first flow into the collection pool, and then pump to the cooling tower by automatic pump. After cooling, it will flow into another recycling pool and then pump it to each production workshop by automatic pump. It is used for cooking, bleaching and dyeing and so on. So the enterprise realizes the zero discharge of clean water and reduces the cost of production water.
