Beijing Bureau of industry and Commerce recently released the results of monitoring the quality of clothing products in the circulation field. The casual pants inspection of a casual pants enterprise in our city was found to exceed the standard of formaldehyde. The Liaoning Provincial Bureau of industry and Commerce commissioned the Liaoning textile fiber inspection center to inspect the quality of textiles and clothing products sold in Shenyang, Liaoyang and Benxi cities. The results showed that the production of western trousers in a garment manufacturer in our city was found to be prominent in the content of fiber components.

In the monitoring of Beijing's industrial and commercial bureau, the main inspection items are: composition content, color fastness, formaldehyde content, identification, pH value, decomposable aromatic amine dye and so on.

Among them, the casual pants produced by the garment manufacturer in Shishi were not qualified for formaldehyde content and color fastness.

The main reason for the failure is that the quality management system of production enterprises is not perfect, and the operation is not smooth, and the quality of products can not be effectively controlled.

Most enterprises purchase and use raw materials without strict certification system, lack of effective testing capabilities and means, only by appearance testing to determine the quality of raw materials.
