In February this year, on the basis of the 30 key export enterprises such as Intel, Chuan Qing drilling and Panzhihua Iron and steel company established by the Sichuan provincial government, the Bureau extended the support target to 50 key export enterprises, designated special counterparts to contact each other, understood the needs and difficulties of enterprises at any time, and implemented the "one to one" policy.

At present, 50 key export enterprises, one or two enterprises have reached 29, green channel enterprises reached 16, export inspection free enterprises reached 3.

Strong inspection and quarantine assistance measures have promoted the good export situation of key enterprises, and provided a strong guarantee for the sustained and rapid growth of Sichuan's foreign trade.

Undertaking international and domestic industrial pfer is a realistic need for Sichuan to speed up its economic development, optimize its industrial structure and pform its growth pattern.

In order to support export oriented large-scale enterprises, the bureau takes the initiative to intervene and take the initiative.

In view of the major industrial pfer projects undertaken by Sichuan province this year, they took the initiative to participate in the project, followed up in a timely manner, conducted in-depth research, made special research on the problems raised by the project settled in Sichuan, and formed a special working group to introduce 7 individualized support measures to further simplify the administrative examination and approval, registration and filing procedures and work processes of inspection and quarantine.

For large industrial pfer projects such as Intel, MOS connector, Sowers and Kim Wiley, which have already been put into operation in Sichuan, they track services, refine measures and help expand exports.

From January to June this year, the export of industrial pfer enterprises such as Intel, MOS connector, and Kim Wiley reached a record high, totaling about 3000000000 US dollars, with an average increase of over 100%.

Two and 5 years after the "5. 12" Wenchuan earthquake, the bureau is concerned about the enterprises in the disaster area, and has promulgated ten measures to support the post disaster reconstruction of foreign trade enterprises.

The bureau takes the construction of inspection and quarantine facilities at Sichuan's land and water pport port as an important starting point for improving the functions of inspection and quarantine services, and promptly follows up the construction and planning of aviation hub, logistics center and customs special supervision zone, so as to ensure that inspection and quarantine institutions, personnel, equipment and services are "four in place".
