Abstract: the invention belongs to the field of spinning processing, and provides an air-jet vortex spinning device which uses a high-speed rotating air to twirl the free end fiber yarn into yarn. The device is composed of a guide tube, a guiding needle, a gas storage hood, a twisting nozzles, a first air storage chamber, a second air storage chamber, an exhaust hood, a compact spindle, a vortex tube and a vortex tube bracket. Through the improvement of the new guiding needle, the compact spindle, the twisting nozzle and the vortex tube and the process improvement, the invention can effectively reduce the fiber dropping rate in the spinning process, obtain high-quality yarn with less hairiness and less details, and simultaneously improve the utilization ratio of the raw material and reduce the yarn production cost.
