Qingdao Quality Supervision Bureau: Leather Shoes Sampling 10% Unqualified
The Qingdao quality and Technology Supervision Bureau recently announced the results of the 2014 spot checks on the quality of leather shoes, and sampled 10 batches of products produced by 10 enterprises, and 1 batches of 1 enterprises failed to meet the relevant standard requirements.
This is based on QB/T 1002-2005.

"Standard", 7 items, including sensory quality, shoe bending resistance, wear resistance of bottom, peel strength of bottom, hardness of hook core, bending rigidity of hook, rigidity of soles and shoe heel hardness (Shao Er A), were tested.

Shihao Shoes Co., Ltd. 1 batches of "Baihui" leather shoes (Specification No. 235 production date / lot number 2014-08-03) were detected.
Molding sole shoes
It is not eligible for hardness (shor A) project.
The quality supervision department said that it has already started the post processing work for the unqualified products according to law.

A leather product manufacturer from India and Bangladesh signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in November 27th. The two sides reached an agreement on deepening mutual cooperation, encouraging joint ventures and finding opportunities for mutual investment.
